O fundador da FORTY8.com Mags FMX e Smoothness.de reservou um pouco do seu tempo para nos responder algumas perguntas. Confiram como foi o desenrolar da conversa.

Freestyle TZ: Olá, Tobias, quando você começou a tirar fotos do motocross?
Tobias Hannig: Estou muito profundo envolvido na cena extremesports desde que me lembro. Meu pai viajou comigo por toda a Europa no final dos anos 80, para assistir a corridas de Motocross. Na idade de 10 anos eu comecei a tirar fotos com câmeras SLR. Minha nova paixão nasceu. Desde aquele momento eu estava infectado com o vírus da fotografia.

FTZ: Quando você começou a fotografar imagens e seqüências de FMX?
TH: Desde 2000 estou focado no Freestyle Motocross e extremesports outros como BMX ou Mountainbiking. Eu também disparar industrial e pessoas como bandas ou retratos. 2003 eu fiz a minha primeira seqüência em Colorado, em lugar de Darin Connet - uau isso já há 10 anos. Darin é um conhecido piloto de FMX nos EUA e ganhou vários eventos IFMA no início do milênio.

FTZ: Qual é o momento mais memorável?
TH: 2002 eu fui para a noite dos saltos em Oberhausen. Eles convidaram Mike Metzger para mostrar o Backflip - era uma inovação impressionante neste momento. Para ver este truque ao vivo foi o momento mais marcante na minha experiência FMX. Infelizmente, ele caiu no treinamento e não podia andar de concurso ...

FTZ: Qual a técnica que você usa para tomar seqüências?
TH: Primeiro de tudo precisa de uma câmera de seu modo de lançamento com velocidade contínua, pelo menos de 3 quadros / por segundo. Existem várias maneiras de fazer isso. Um pequeno exemplo: Coloque sua câmera em um tripé foco a descolagem ea aterragem do salto. Aperte o gatilho o tempo todo durante o salto. Depois, você pode editar as imagens no Photoshop e compô-los para uma foto.

FTZ: Há algo que você quer dizer as pessoas lá fora?

The founder of the FMX Mags FORTY8.com and Smoothness.de share with us some time to answer some questions. Check this out.

Freestyle TZ: Hello Tobias, when did you start shooting Motocross pictures ?
Tobias Hannig: I'm really deep involved in the Extremesports scene since I can remember. My dad travelled with me through Europe in the late 80's to watch Motocross races. In the age of 10 years I started to shoot pictures with SLR cameras. My new passion was born. Since that moment I was infected with the photography virus.


FTZ: When did you start shooting FMX pictures and sequences?
TH: Since 2000 I am focused on Freestyle Motocross and other Extremesports like BMX or Mountainbiking. I also shoot industrial- and people like bands or portraits. 2003 I did my first sequence in Colorado at Darin Connet’s place – wow this is already 10 years ago. Darin is a well known FMX rider in the USA and won several IFMA events in the beginning of millennium.

FTZ: Which is your most memorable moment?
TH: 2002 I went to the NIGHT of the JUMPs in Oberhausen. They invited Mike Metzger to show the Backflip – it was an awesome innovation at this time. To see this trick live was the most memorable moment in my FMX experience. Unfortunately he crashed in the training and couldn’t ride the contest…

FTZ: What technique do you use to take sequences?
TH: First of all your camera needs a release mode with continuous speed at least of 3 frames/per second. There are several ways to do it. A short example: Put your camera on a tripod a focus the take-off and the landing of the jump. Push the trigger the whole time during the jump. Afterwards you can edit the pictures in Photoshop and compose them to one picture.

FTZ: Is there anything you want to tell the people out there?
TH: First of all I want to say thank you to my wife and parents for supporting me for so many years.

Luc Ackermann - Interview

Tivemos uma conversa com o piloto alemão Luc Ackermann, onde pudemos aprender um pouco mais sobre a vida deste garoto que vem a cada dia se aprimorando no freestyle motocross e abrindo caminho a sua longa jornada nos campeonatos mundiais.

Freestyle TZ: Por que a escolha pelo Freestyle Motocross?
Luc Ackermann: Eu ando de FMX por que é muito divertido (com entonação de diversão) e todo dia é maravilhoso subir na minha moto e andar nela.

FTZ: Quem são seus ídolos e por que?
LA: Meus ídolos são Travis Pastrana e Levi Sherwood. Travis porque ele faz o que quer e sempre vai com tudo. Levi Sherwood pelo seu estilo animal e por estar andando muito.

FTZ: O que você precisa para ter mais espaço no Night of the Jumps (NOTJ), Red Bull X-Fighters (RBXF) ou nos X Games?
LA: Eu penso que só preciso ir mais forte e contudo. Andar e treinar mais para isso.

 

FTZ: O que você achou do cancelamento do Best Trick pelos X Games? Na sua compreensão o que pode acontecer com o esporte?
LA: Acho que fizeram um grande erro! "O Best Trick" era para todos algo especial. E agora para mim é só mais uma série como todas as outras. O "normal" X Games foi melhor, ainda continua sendo X Games mas não o verdadeiro.

FTZ: Como desenvolve o seu treino?
LA: Normalmente andando de moto, tenho feito muitos esportes para ficar forte. Mas meu treino é andar e saltar.

FTZ: O que seus pais fazem para lhe ajudar e a seu irmão (Hannes Ackermann)?
LA: Meus pais me ajudam muito. Eles compraram minha primeira moto e sempre estão lá para nós caso precisemos deles.

We talked with the Young german rider Luc Ackermann, and learned a little more about his life, day by day has growing on montocross freestyle and is opening way for his long journey to the world championships.

Freestyle TZ: Why do you choose FMX?
Luc Ackermann: I'm riding FMX because I just have so much fun on riding my bike and it's just every day awesome to be back on the Bike (smiling)

FTZ: Who is your idol? And Why?
LA: My idol is for example Travis Pastrana and Levi Sherwood.
Because Travis is just doing what he wants to do and he is just going for it. And Levi has just an awesome style and he is riding really awesome.

FTZ: What do you think you need to do to take more space on Night of the Jumps (NOTJ), Red Bull X-Fighters (RBXF), or X Games?
LA: I think I just have to go bigger and just have to ride more and to train harder.

 

FTZ: What do you think about the X Games canceled the best trick? In your idea what could happen with the sport?
LA: I think they made a really Big mistake! The Best Trick was for everyone something special. And know it also for me just another series like all the other ones. The normal X-Games was better i mean it's still X-Games but not anymore The Real One

FTZ: How do you make your training?
LA: By the way of riding. I'm doing a lot of sport to keep fit and my normal training is just riding, riding and riding

FTZ: What do your parent, for helping you and your brother?
LA: My parrent help me a lot. They bought my first bikes and they are still every time there for us if we need something.

Night of the Jumps - Gdansk Highlights

No final de semana passado rolou mais uma etapa do mundial de motocross freestyle, popularmente conhecido como NOTJ.

O Night of the Jumps que rolou na Polônia, mais precisamente na cidade de Gdansk ficou de fora no ano passado, mas neste ano surpreendeu com casa cheia e torcedores fanáticos.

David Rinaldo que vinha fazendo boas apresentações não perdoou nesta rodada e levou o pódio mais alto.

Night of the Jumps 2013 - Gdansk

Hoje tivemos mais uma etapa do mundial de motocross freestyle, o Night of the Jumps.

O qualify foi alucinante com apresentações dignas de um campeonato mundial. O Ergo Arena na Polônia ficou com a casa cheia como era de se esperar e a multidão foi a loucura com os saltos incríveis dos competidores.

Oliver Fanke - Interview

Nós conversamos com Oliver Franke, fundador da agência Berlinieros (ALE) e criador do FMX Awards. Oliver trabalha com vários pilotos e para o Night of the Jumps. Veja como foi nossa conversa e deixe seus comentários.

Freestyle TZ - Por que você escrever sobre FMX?
Oliver Franke - Ele veio por conta do meu trabalho para o Night of the Jumps, como assistente de imprensa.


FTZ - Você faz a assessoria de imprensa para o NOTJ, o que isso mudou na sua vida e por que?
OF - O que mais mudou foi viajar bastante. Mas o esporte e os atletas me animaram muito, então eu trouxe toda a minha experiência da industria do entretenimento e criei a Berlinieros Sport Agency.

FTZ - Nos diga qual foi o momento inesquecível em sua vida dentro dos esportes.
OF - Claro que são momentos de atletas que gerencio. Como a primeira vitória de um atleta nosso durante o Night of the Jumps. Este foi Steve Mini na Namibia/Africa. Ou Luc Ackermanns, recordista mundial sendo o mais novo a dar um backflip (NIGHT of the JUMPs Cologne 2010). E o primeiro double backflip no NIGHT of the JUMPs com Scott Murray (Ostrava/CZE). O recorde mundial no step up por Alastair Sayer (Ostrave 2010). Ou ainda o primeiro pódio de Hannes Ackermann no NIGHT of the JUMPs em Linz/AUS neste ano. Todos bons momentos. Tenho a certeza de que com o primeiro backflip feminino com Emma McFerram em Berlim será mais um destes momentos.

FTZ - O que é a Berlinieros?
OF - Minha empresa Berlinieros tem duas divisões. Uma delas é a agência de relações públicas para empresas do entretenimento (como o NOTJ), hotéis e marcas esportivas. A segunda divisão, a Berlinieros Sport Agency, cuida do agenciamento de atletas dos esportes radicais como Hannes Ackermann e Luc Ackerman (global), Emma McFerran (Europa), Steve Mini (Europa), Marcelo Simoes (Europa), Scott Murray (Europa), o dublê alemão Stephan Guenther etc.

OF - Como nós temos várias premiações voltadas a música e filme, pensei que deveríamos ter uma pro freestyle motocross (FMX). Então nasceu a ideia. Conversei com muitas pessoas para colocar alguns especialistas. Estes especialistas de vários países votam nos pilotos para criam uma lista de 5 nomiações pra cada categoria. Freestyle TZ - Why do you choose write about FMX?
Oliver Franke - It came over my work for the NIGHT of the JUMPs series as press agent.

FTZ - You make the press for NOTJ, what did that change into your life, and why?
OF - The main part is much more travelling. But the sport and the athletes excited me, so I brought in my whole experience from the entertainment industry and founded Berlinieros Sport agency.

FTZ - Say for us an impressive moment in your life with the sport.
OF - Of course these are moments with the athletes I’m managing. Like 1st victory of a Berlinieros Sports Athlete in the NIGHT of the JUMPs series. This was Steve Mini in Namibia/Africa. Or Luc Ackermanns World Record of the youngest backflip on a motorcycle (NIGHT of the JUMPs Cologne 2010). And 1st double backflip at the NIGHT of the JUMPs series by Scott Murray (Ostrava/CZE). World record in step up of Alastair Sayer (Ostrave 2010). Or the first podium of Hannes Ackermann at the NIGHT of the JUMPs Linz this year. All very emotional moments. I am sure first female backlip of Emma in Berlin this March will be also one of these impressive moments.

FTZ - What is Berlinieros?
OF - My company Berlinieros has 2 divisions. One is the Public Relations agency, where we work for entertainment companies, hotels and sport brands e.g. The NIGHT of the JUMPs series. 2nd division is Berlinieros Sports Agency. Here we manage extreme sports athletes like FMX pros Hannes Ackermann and Luc Ackerman (global), Emma McFerran (Europe), Steve Mini (Europe), Marcelo Simoes (Europe), Scott Murray (Europe), german stunt rider Stephan Guenther etc.

FTZ - FMX Awards, tell more about it...
OF - As we do have a lot of awards in the music and film industry, I thought we should have an Award in Freestyle Motocross. So the idea was born. I spoke with a lot of people to put together some experts. These experts FMX experts from several countries vote to create a shortlist of max. five nominations in each category. Afterwards every user of the fmxawards.com-Website votes the Award winners. So it's a user voting.

Mais um dia fantástico em Berlim, o Night of the jumps levou o público a loucura em mais um dia de festa.

Massimo Bianconcini mais uma vez levou o título no Step Up batendo a marca de 8 metros. Mas a noite foi mesmo de David Rinaldo, o francês bateu todos ontem com uma volta perfeita e grandes manobras.

Remi Bizouard ficou em segundo mas voltou ao topo da lista na classificação geral. Libor Podmol ficou em terceiro. A disputa foi apertada fazendo os juízes ficarem muito atentos a pequenas falhas.

 A próxima etapa agora serpa em 23 de março em Gdansk na Polonia.

Sexta tivemos mais um grande espetáculo, o Night of the Jumps retornou após uma semana direto para Berlim. Sua primeira de duas etapas foi fantástica! Confiram os melhores momentos no video abaixo.

Realmente um show a parte, com disputa de Best Trick entre dois mountainbikers versus dois Fmxriders. Após um front flip de Pavel Alekhin que foi superado por um tandem backflip de Petr Pilat. Outro grande show foi o primeiro backflip feminino feito por Emma McFerran, durante um Night of the Jumps.

Massimo Bianconcini também mostrou o porque é o atual recordista mundial do Step Up, vencendo a categoria.

E dentro da lista temos um piloto do Night of the Jumps, Massimo Bianconcini ... Massimo vai competir no Highest Air. O piloto italiano fez a marca de 11,50 m e vai tentar bate-la no X-Games 18.

Night of the Jumps - Basel resultados

O Night of the Jumps em Basel Suíça foi incrível...

Em seu primeiro dia tivemos uma linda final com Remi Bizouard em 1º lugar, Libor Podmol em 3º e Brice Izzo em 2º. (resultados na tabela abaixo)

Izzo conquistou a platéia de Basel com um belo Tsunami Flip e sua nova manobra Heelclicker Underflip. Mostrando seu belo progresso na competição.

Gabriel Villegas andou bem mas não foi o suficiente para se classificar o que resultou uma 10ª colocação.

No segundo dia o Rock Star (rider) Libor Podmol terminou na 1ª colocação seguido pela dobradinha francesa com Remi Bizouard (2º) e David Rinaldo (3º). (resultados na tabela abaixo)

The Night of the Jumps in Basel (Switzerland) was so incredible…

In the first day we have a nice final with Remi Bizouard (FRA) in the 1^st position on podium, with Libor Podmol on 3^rd position, and a nice run and place for Brice Izzo on 2^nd.

Izzo wowed the Basel crowd with a Tsunami Flip and his new Heelclicker Underflip. A nice way to show his progress in the competition.

Gabriel Villegas ride good, but not enough to qualify to the finals, and finish on the 10^th.
